Branding

  This is my favorite logo in different fonts, the logo under the original was used with the font Khmer MN Bold, I felt this font would show really well into a sports band type of thing. The one to the left was the font Schnebel sans and the logo under the font Khmer MN Bold is the font Optima and the one under optima font is 210 크래커 and the last one is the font Reross Quadratic. The fonts I picked were all depending on how aesthetic it looks to a sports brand especially the last one which is thinnish but bold would be the type to see in popular brands so I felt it fits really well.   Out of the original 25 sketches that I loved I picked out the three brand names of Solatium, Zenix, Benefactor and although at first I was going for a simple thing like "sleep" benefactor I decided to change it up by adding just benefactor and at first the C and stars were supposed to represent sleep but it looks as if something from a drink brand so I decided to model it with a font that fits a beer company I thought it was fine. Solatium, Zenix Benefactor, Sim agency with the A and S and nother A to give a simple thought to make it stand out so it can reflect how the other A looks with its little triangle and the S that represents Sim, and last but not least Pixel Craft. Solatium is a word for comfortable in latin and I thought it was good to use a font that is thin to fit its aesthetic and though it looks iffy I could add more to it by change the O and making it look a little neater, I personally loved the concept I came up with but my overall favorite would possibly be ...

For this logo at first I was wondering how I could do it and thought of a way by making a big box to envelope both E to give it some kind of illusion alongside N for first design in an attempt to make it blocky, for the second I thought of a mountain as the peak with a thinnish font to use in digital design, the third i thought of regular squiggly lines and for the last some kind of logo that fits a car with 2 big letterrs ZE to symbolize zenix.  I thought of logo sleep benefactor because I love sleeping and as a blanket company that can use peoples sense of like to develope a logo that fits a theme like that. The second design I drawed a moon and Zzzzz to symbolize sleep and for the 3rd I thought of a design that includes a moon with a star, and benefactor in cubish form to make it seem aesthetic. Zenix - The reason I used this was because it was the first name I thought of and for me I felt that the brand name of zenix could be used for clothing brands and so on mostly from my corny name ideals but I find zenix to be a very good name when it comes to branding solatium - Solatium means comfortable in latin and this is one of the very first I thought of because including a brand name on a different language i find really cool especially if its something graceful like Solatium which I resonate with alot to live in comfort and be cozy.  Vivere solatium - Live in comfort, this was just another variation. Five designs I really loved from the Adobe Design Portfolio Examples Include Aries Moross Design Portfolio, Ksenia Matveenko , Skyler Helfey, Craig Black and Naomi Umezu. The sites were not only creative and well planned out, the use of color was the main source that I really loved in this design.  In Ariess Moross Design the main Design I really loved “God Bless This Mess” as the main reasons being the use of color and what I personally loved about the design is the big fonts that really comes to get your awareness together and pink as a color with big highlights being used on the font making it stand out very well.  In order to stay motivated for the new senior year I will do my best to bring my utmost focus up and be ready for the lessons to be reviewed as there are no more distractions coming from the phone policy. The phone policy that doesn't allow use of phones is really good because to be honest not only does it decrease distraction it helps for grades for most kids and some things I will do to stay motivated all year round is to get proper sleep, and to wake up in time so I do not laze out as well as creating a checklist. Creating a checklist for the things to do is a good source for motivation and even if no motivation it properly shows your discipline since it acts like a "must do" list. Discipline to do something even while not motivated is what I feel more important, and that is the source to help me stay in a good focus zone all year until graduation.
